It does not replace rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
3. User-generated content
Messages, profile information, uploaded media, links and other material submitted by users are user-generated content. VOXGAB does not endorse user-generated content simply because it appears on the Service.
Moderation and security tools may detect or remove some harmful or rule-breaking content, but no moderation system can guarantee immediate detection or prevention of every harmful, unlawful, inaccurate, offensive or unwanted item.
4. Discovery, Resonance, Moments and Echo Memory
Discovery, Resonance, Moments and Echo Memory use product signals and scoring methods to help surface people, rooms or conversation styles that may be relevant to a user. Any compatibility, similarity, fit, ranking or recommendation is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
These systems do not verify a person's identity, intentions, honesty, emotional state, safety or future behavior. A high score does not mean that a conversation will be successful or that the other person is suitable for any particular purpose.
5. External links, media and third-party services
VOXGAB can contain links, embeds or media that lead to or depend on third-party websites and services. Those third parties control their own content, availability, security and privacy practices.
VOXGAB is not responsible for independent third-party content, policies, outages, changes or transactions merely because a third-party link or service is accessible through the platform.
VOX subscription payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe's services remain subject to Stripe's own systems and applicable terms.
6. Service availability and technical operation
VOXGAB is an evolving service and may be interrupted by maintenance, upgrades, network conditions, security incidents, abuse mitigation, hosting failures, browser/device behavior or third-party outages.
VOXGAB does not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available operation, and specific features can change, be tested, be restricted or be withdrawn.
7. Safety and security controls
VOXGAB uses account controls, reporting, moderation, rate limits and security telemetry to reduce abuse and protect the Service. These measures reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.
Users should report suspicious or harmful activity using the available reporting/help controls and should take appropriate action to protect their own account and personal information.
8. No professional advice
VOXGAB is a social communication service. Content posted by VOXGAB users is not verified professional advice from VOXGAB.
Do not rely on another user's messages as a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, mental-health, emergency or other professional advice where professional advice is appropriate. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service or qualified professional.
9. Your decisions and reliance
You remain responsible for decisions you make based on conversations, links, recommendations, profiles, scores or other information encountered through VOXGAB. Consider the source, verify important information independently and use appropriate caution before acting on claims made by other users.
10. Liability limits
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability, statutory rights or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Changes to this Disclaimer
This Disclaimer may be updated as VOXGAB features, operating practices or legal obligations change. The effective date and version shown above identify the text presented by the Service.

2. Social interactions and people you meet
VOXGAB is a social platform. Other users control what they say, how they present themselves and whether information they provide is accurate. VOXGAB does not guarantee that another user is who they claim to be, that information supplied by a user is truthful, or that an interaction will be safe, suitable or positive.
Use reasonable judgment when interacting with people online. Do not disclose sensitive personal, financial, security or identity information merely because another user asks for it.
