1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of VOXGAB (the “Service”). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service after these Terms become applicable to your account, you agree to follow them together with the Community Rules and any product-specific notices presented to you.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account and do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility — adults only
VOXGAB is available only to people aged 18 or older. Minors are not permitted to register for or use VOXGAB.
You must provide accurate registration information. VOXGAB may restrict, suspend or remove an account where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the user is under 18, has supplied materially false account information, or is otherwise ineligible to use the Service.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords, attempt to obtain another user’s credentials, impersonate another person, or use another person’s account without permission.
You must keep account information reasonably current. If you believe your account or credentials have been compromised, stop using the affected credentials and use the available account-recovery or support tools.
4. The VOXGAB Service
VOXGAB provides social chat functionality that may include public rooms, direct messages, image sharing, friends/connections, discovery and matching features, reporting and moderation tools, Echo Memory, Resonance, Moments, account settings and optional paid VOX features.
Features may evolve, be tested, be withdrawn, or become temporarily unavailable. Availability can also depend on account status, platform safety controls, technical requirements and feature entitlements.
5. Community conduct
You must use VOXGAB lawfully and respectfully. The Community Rules form part of these Terms. Without limiting those rules, you must not:
- harass, threaten, stalk, exploit or deliberately intimidate other people;
- publish or disclose another person’s private or sensitive information without authorization;
- send spam, flood the Service, abuse private messaging, or deliberately interfere with normal conversations;
- upload, request, distribute or facilitate unlawful content;
- distribute malware, phishing material, credential-stealing content, malicious links or harmful code;
- attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, upload restrictions, moderation measures, security controls or account restrictions;
- misuse reporting, matching, reputation, Echo, Resonance, Moment or other product systems to deceive, target or harm other users;
- use VOXGAB to violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
6. Your content
You remain responsible for messages, images, profile information and other material you submit to VOXGAB (“User Content”). You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit that material.
You grant VOXGAB a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transmit and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate and provide the Service. This license ends when the relevant content is deleted from the Service, subject to technically necessary backups, security records, legal obligations, and content that another user may still lawfully possess outside VOXGAB.
Do not submit content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
7. Reporting, moderation and enforcement
VOXGAB provides reporting and moderation tools intended to help protect users and the platform. VOXGAB may investigate reports and security signals and may remove or restrict content, limit functionality, reduce rate limits, suspend accounts, or permanently remove accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, the Community Rules, platform safety, or applicable law.
Automated and rule-based security systems may help detect suspicious activity. Such systems are safety tools and do not guarantee that every harmful, unlawful or unwanted interaction will be detected or prevented.
Users should use the available Report / Help controls to report specific content or conduct that may violate the rules or applicable law.
8. Discovery, Resonance, Moments and Echo Memory
Discovery and matching features are intended to help users find people, rooms or conversations that may fit their interests or interaction preferences. Compatibility or similarity scores are estimates and are not guarantees of identity, safety, personality, compatibility, availability, or the quality of a future conversation.
Echo Memory is designed around aggregate conversation fingerprints rather than storing an Echo as a copy of the original conversation. VOXGAB may change the signals and scoring methods used by these systems as the product develops.
Do not use matching or discovery tools to harass, discriminate against, profile, stalk or improperly target another person.
9. VOX subscription
Core VOXGAB access is free. VOX is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional product features. The current product configuration provides monthly and annual recurring subscription options; the exact price and billing period shown at checkout control your purchase.
Payments are processed through Stripe. VOXGAB does not need to receive your full payment-card number in order to provide VOX access.
Recurring billing
Unless cancelled, a VOX subscription renews automatically at the applicable billing interval. By purchasing a recurring VOX subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charge until cancellation or termination.
Cancellation
You may cancel a VOX subscription using the available billing controls when provided. Cancellation affects future renewal according to the status shown for your subscription. Deleting a VOXGAB account with an active subscription triggers an attempt to cancel the associated active subscription before account deletion completes.
Failed payments and entitlement changes
VOX access may be delayed, restricted or removed when Stripe reports that a subscription is unpaid, cancelled, expired or otherwise no longer entitled to paid features.
Price changes
VOXGAB may change subscription pricing for future billing periods. Where notice is required, changes will apply only after the required notice or consent process.
10. Safety, security and platform integrity
VOXGAB may use access controls, session protections, rate limits, abuse detection, moderation signals and security telemetry to protect accounts, conversations and infrastructure. Attempts to evade or attack these systems are prohibited.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. You should use a unique password, protect your device and session, and report suspected account compromise or abusive behavior promptly.
11. Third-party services and external content
Some VOXGAB functionality may interact with third-party services, websites or embedded content. Third parties operate under their own terms and policies. VOXGAB is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Stripe is used for payment processing when you purchase VOX. External media or links posted by users may also lead to services not operated by VOXGAB.
12. Account suspension, termination and deletion
You may use the available account-deletion functionality to request permanent deletion of your VOXGAB account. Product data linked to the account is removed according to the implemented deletion process, subject to records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute handling, legal compliance, or technical integrity.
VOXGAB may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated rule violations, security threats, fraud, unlawful use, evasion of enforcement, or other material breach of these Terms.
13. Service availability and changes
VOXGAB is provided on an evolving basis. Maintenance, upgrades, abuse incidents, third-party outages, network conditions or technical failures may affect availability. VOXGAB does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
These Terms may be updated when the Service, law or operating practices materially change. Where an update requires renewed acceptance, VOXGAB may require you to accept the new version before continuing to use the Service.
14. Responsibility and liability
You are responsible for your own interactions, decisions and User Content. VOXGAB does not guarantee that another user is who they claim to be, that a match will be suitable, or that user-provided information is accurate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that rule, VOXGAB is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from events outside its reasonable control, third-party services, or unlawful/misleading content supplied by users.
